Please Please Calm Down places you in an overwhelming, loud, and crowded space from which you need to escape. However, there’s a catch: you need to calm down before you can leave by drinking other people’s tea.

The inspiration for this game came from my own experiences with anxiety and sensory overload. Rather than aiming for comfort, Please Please Calm Down aims to make the player uncomfortable.
